3CLogic, the only contact center software solutionhosted by Amazon Web Services, has created the 3CL Foundation in order to connect their technology to non-profit organizations and higher education institutions. The 3CL Foundation has launched an ongoing campaign to donate five licenses of its contact center software to organizations that will be selected out of a pool of hundreds of candidates.
Non-profit organizations strive to ensure that their donations of time, money, and labor are distributed in the most efficient manner, in order to support their chosen cause as much as possible. Whether it be social activism, community outreach, medical research or relief of poverty, illness, and natural disasters, the contact center is the central hub for all their efforts.
3CLogic’s contact center solution will increase the efficiency of contact centers for non-profit organizations with its cloud-based offerings. Its software solution, with call blast functionality, will offer non-profits serious benefits to improve their performance and the connection of outreach efforts. Non-profit organizations and higher education institutions will be able to easily maintain contact on voice, chat, text, and social media channels. Set-up and migration of existing donor and volunteer databases is simple, meaning that these organizations will see an increase in cost-savings and efficiency for their efforts. Their cloud-based solution offers ultimate accessibility, performance, reliability, and security for donation and fundraising efforts.
Raj Sharma, President and CEO of 3CLogic, explains the purpose of the 3CL Foundation, “At 3CLogic we believe it is our responsibility to use our technology to increase the efficiency of non-profits and higher education institutions. We hope the 3CL Foundation will bring awareness to their fundraising efforts and community outreach campaigns.”
Any non-profit organizations or higher education institutions that are interested in a partnership with the 3CL Foundation should visit 3CLogic Foundation or email John Franco, Director of the 3CL Foundation, at jfranco@3clogic.com. 3CLogic is actively receiving submissions.
