Buffet-Style Software Solutions: All-In-One Pricing and Features

Posted by Madeleine Coe on Apr 25, 2013 2:00:00 PM

One of my favorite restaurants (to date) is a little hole-in-the-wall buffet located in a strip mall near my old alma mater. The name, China Buffet, is literally self-explanatory. Don’t get me wrong, it’s no dive. It is spacious with engraved wood paneling, dark green carpets, and mood lighting. But for just $10.95, I get five long buffet tables of steaming Chinese, Home-style American, and a salad and dessert bar including self-serve soft serve. Yum! Pretty sweet deal, and that’s probably why my freshman fifteen caught on so quickly.

CRM tools enhance the customer service experience. Email signatures.

A friend of mine posted an interesting question on his Facebook status,"How do you sign your business emails?" Based on the comments under his status, there seems to be a lot of debate on the best way to sign your email. There are many things to consider, and you do not want to set the wrong tone, or be perceived as being too stuffy or familiar. In the business world, first impressions are key. This is especially true when it comes to customer service. 3CLogic's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration program works with many different types of  CRM software solutions because cloud-based contact centers utilize both of these tools in their business. Most CRMs have built in features that automatically send emails to a client once a call is finished. While this automatic feature is a time saver, it can make things difficult when it comes to customizing your message to certain customers.

Why large enterprises should move to cloud based call centers now?

Posted by Ramana Reddy on Dec 11, 2012 10:05:00 AM

You have invested millions of dollars on Avaya or Cisco call center solutions, paying hundreds of thousands in annual maintenance and it works the same way it did ten years ago when your enterprise first implemented the solution.

Now, you would like to integrate a contact center solution with a home-grown or third-party CRM to provide a 360 degree view of the customer to the reps and get a consolidated report tying the calls to your customers.  Whenever you ask for a proposal from your current vendor you get hit with another bill with a balance in the hundreds and thousands. What's more, this is in addition to paying for Avaya or Cisco certified technical team.

While many companies have migrated to cloud based contact center solution and integrated with third-party solutions to provide better customer service and more targetted campaigns, you are still stuck with: (1) legacy systems with data in disparate systems, (2) reps stuggling to find customers data when customers call-in resulting in irate customers, (3) identifying your most profitable cusotmers, (4) abd targetting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Because your call data and customer data are in different systems, you spend lot of time  and money developing consolidating reporting, marketing lists or losing customers to competitors because of bad service.

  • Would you like to eliminate the "certified" techinical team?
  • Would you like to eliminate the reporting team?
  • Would you like to reduce the size of your telecom team?

You can do all of these when you move to state-of-the-art cloud based call center solution like 3CLogic which has the same features and functionilty in addition to plug-ins to integrate with any third party system.

Why not start today?
